The 24-nd Annual Run&Shoot Filmworks Martha’s Vineyard African-American Film Festival screening and promoting feature, documentary, and short films produced by and starring African-Americans from across the world. It is OSCAR® Qualifying Festival in the Short Film Category. The majority of screenings and events take place at MV Performing Arts Center located adjacent to Martha's Vineyard Regional High School.
